How we price advisory work

Retail expansion projects vary in complexity. A florist adding a weekend market stall needs a different scope than a homewares store signing a five-year lease in a regional centre. We quote fixed fees for defined deliverables and provide written estimates before any work begins.

Retail Expansion Planning

From $8,500 + GST for the full eight-week engagement described on our Retail Expansion Planning page. Includes site visits (up to three), financial model, stock split plan, and opening checklist.

Factors that increase scope: more than three shortlisted sites, interstate locations requiring travel, or categories with complex compliance (food handling, liquor).

Site Selection Review

From $2,400 + GST for assessment of up to three premises with a written comparison report. Each additional site beyond three is $600 + GST.

Staffing & Operations Plan

From $3,200 + GST for roster templates, role descriptions, and handover procedures across two sites. Additional sites quoted separately.

Discovery call

A 45-minute initial conversation is complimentary for owners who have been trading at least eighteen months and can share basic turnover ranges. This is not a sales pitch — we use it to confirm whether our advisory model fits your situation.

Payment terms

50% deposit on engagement start, 50% on delivery of the final plan. Site Selection Reviews are invoiced in full before the first visit. We accept bank transfer; we do not process card payments on this website.
